Dancing Through the Dark Times with Jayne Denham

It’s amazing how music hits us where we are — and the same song can mean really different things to us depending on what’s happening in our life at the time. We spent some time with the wonderful Jayne Denham — successful Australian country rock singer — and spoke about a song that she first heard in a really rough moment in her life that gave her the positive energy and strength to keep moving. Fast forward and the same song was cast in a different light when her circumstances changed. Life changes. Relationships come and go. But how do you learn to love yourself through those changes? This question is at the heart of our conversation with Jane.
